The First Acoustic Underground Podcast Interview With Keri Koistra & Chris Cantore on Yew!

Thanks to the legendary Chris Cantore, 'San Diego Morning Radio Veteran Turned Digital Media Executive,'  Keri Koistra, the Director Of Goodness/Artist Ambassador from Acoustic Underground was fortunate to get a quick interview about Tyler Mars and Keri's Surfrider Foundation San Diego virtual concert benefit, 'Sound Waves For Clean Water' featuring Paul Cannon & Iron Sage Wood at Moonage Food Co. in Leucadia, CA.

On the Yew! online platform, 'Cantore Show: Surfboard Reunited,' Chris talks about the awesome surfboard shaper Skip Frye and stories behind his legacy with a local surfer named Russell, as well as our Surfrider concert fundraiser.

Cue up 14:30 into the podcast and hear about the journey from the days when Keri toured with the humanitarian and musician Michael Franti, how Hearts & Harmonies started, inspired from his yoga and music tours, and Acoustic Underground from going to see bands in the middle of the desert, where Keri grew up in Palm Desert, CA and the now famous Generator Parties scene. There is also a discussion about the private, acoustic shows that have been at Moonage with her PDHS friend, Jesse 'Boots Electric' Hughes from Eagles of Death Metal and his new 'Boots and The Daydreams' project with New Jersey musicians from The Battery Electric.
